Patients are seen by appointment only. Appointments can be made
by calling our office and pressing a "1" for the scheduling department.
Scheduling does have voicemail and you are encouraged to leave a
detailed message as they return calls throughout the day.
Please have all of your pertinent information in front of you when
you call, including your current insurance information.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please
contact our scheduling department to inform them of the need to change
your appointment. We will accommodate a reschedule need as best we
can, however we encourage you to keep your existing appointment if at
all possible, as our physicians are sometimes booked out weeks at a
time.
